Leaving CGC

1. If you would like to leave CGC you must notify us by submitting the online de-registration form below.

2. As per our terms and conditions, you must give at least 2 weeks notice before the end of a given month, or you will be charged for the following month.

3. You are entitled to attend classes up until the end of the month you have paid for.

You are entitled to attend classes as normal up until the end of the calendar month you pay for and no further payment will be due, provided you have no outstanding fees. If you submit this form less than a week before the end of any given month, a final payment will be collected the following month. In this case, you will be entitled to attend classes for the remainder of this month and all of next month. With this in mind please let us know the date of your child's last session.
